Myclipping SAS ("Myclipping," "we," "us," "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy will inform you about how we look after your personal data when you visit our website or use our service, My Clipping Campaign ("the Service"), and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

This Privacy Policy applies to individual users of our Service. If you use My Clipping Campaign on behalf of an agency, company, or organization to process third-party content, please contact us at contact@myclippingcampaign.com to arrange a specific data processing agreement.

We collect, use, store, and transfer different kinds of personal data about you, grouped as follows:

• Identity Data: first name, last name, and profile picture (provided by your Google account when you sign in).
• Contact Data: email address.
• Technical Data: internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, device type, and other technology on the devices you use to access our Service.
• Content Data: the YouTube links you submit, the videos downloaded, and the clips generated from them, saved to your account.
• Usage and Billing Data: your subscription plan, minutes consumed, project history, and (through Whop, our payment processor) your payment status. We do not store your full credit card details — those are processed directly by Whop.

• Direct Interactions: by creating an account with Google, using the Studio to download or clip videos, or contacting support.
• Automated Technologies: as you use our Service, we may automatically collect basic Technical Data about your equipment (such as browser type and IP address) through standard server logs. We do not currently use any third-party web analytics or tracking tools.
• Third-Party Sources: if you connect your Google account, Whop, or (in the future) Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube to publish content, we receive data from those platforms according to the permissions you grant us.

We use your personal data to: provide and operate the Service; process your video downloads and clip generation; manage your subscription and billing through Whop; communicate with you about updates or support; comply with legal obligations; and improve the quality of our Service.

When using our Service in conjunction with the YouTube, Google, Instagram, and TikTok APIs, you are also subject to the respective privacy policies of these platforms. We encourage you to review Google's Privacy Policy, Instagram's Privacy Policy, and TikTok's Privacy Policy.

We do not currently use any third-party web analytics or behavioral tracking tools (such as Google Analytics or PostHog) on our Service. If this changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly before deploying any such tool.

Myclipping securely stores your data at Supabase. We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

We would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

Under Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (LOPDP – Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos Personales), you are entitled to the following rights (known as ARCO+ rights):

• The right to access – You have the right to request copies of your personal data.
• The right to rectification – You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate or incomplete.
• The right to erasure – You have the right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions.

• The right to object – You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
• The right to data portability – You have the right to request that we transfer your data to you or to a third party.
• The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing – where that decision produces significant legal effects concerning you.

Myclipping uses MuAPI, a third-party AI video processing provider, to download, transcribe, analyze, and generate clips from the videos you submit. Data shared with MuAPI is used exclusively to provide this service (transcription and content curation).

If you have linked your Google account (and, in the future, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube) with our Service, you can manage or revoke that access at any time:

• Google: visit the Google Account Permissions page to review and revoke third-party access, including our Service.
• Instagram: visit Instagram Manage Access to review and revoke access.
• TikTok: visit TikTok Privacy Settings to review and revoke access.

Revoking access may limit your ability to use certain features of our Service that rely on data from these accounts.

We ensure you are fully informed about the use of AI models, including those from MuAPI, during account creation and subscription to the Service. By using the Studio to generate clips, you explicitly consent to your content being processed by these AI models.

Myclipping keeps this privacy policy under regular review and places any updates on this page, updating the "Last updated" date accordingly.
