Terms of Service

By accessing or using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any future modifications. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.

We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

You are solely responsible for your use of our Service and any content you create or share using it. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree not to use our Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose — including processing content over which you do not hold the necessary rights.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights for any content (for example, YouTube videos) that you submit to our Service for processing.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (a) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of our Service in any medium; (b) using our Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person; (c) interfering with the proper working of our Service; or (d) attempting to bypass the measures we use to prevent or restrict access to our Service (including your subscription plan's usage limits).

• The Service is offered under different monthly or annual subscription plans, each including a set number of video processing minutes, as detailed on our pricing page.
• Minutes included in your plan renew each billing cycle and do not roll over if unused.
• All payments are processed through Whop, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you also agree to Whop's terms of service.
• We may offer a free trial plan with limited access, subject to the limits indicated at the time of sign-up.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Service at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability — including, without limitation, for breach of these Terms.

Our Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Myclipping disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that AI-generated clips will be accurate, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Myclipping SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; or (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ecuador, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You may apply for a refund under the following conditions:

• If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund before the end of your first month of subscription.
• If you have not used the Service, you can request a refund for up to the last 3 consecutive months of non-usage.
• For annual subscriptions: full refunds are only available within the first month of subscription. After the first month, only partial refunds are available for the last consecutive fully elapsed zero-usage months (up to 3), prorated at 1/12 of the annual amount per month.

Our Service integrates with several third-party platforms, including YouTube, Google, Whop, and, in the future, Instagram and TikTok. By using our Service, you agree to comply with the terms and policies of these platforms when accessing their services through Myclipping.

MuAPI: we use MuAPI as a third-party AI video processing provider to download and generate your clips. Processing of your videos depends on the availability of this third-party service.

YouTube / Google: our Service allows you to interface with the Google and YouTube APIs. As such, you are bound by Google's Terms of Service and the YouTube Terms of Service. You are responsible for setting appropriate titles, descriptions, and privacy settings for any videos you upload to YouTube through our Service.

Whop: payments and subscriptions are managed through Whop. By subscribing, you agree to Whop's terms of service.

If you choose to link your Google account (and, in the future, Instagram or TikTok) with our Service, you are granting us permission to access certain data from these accounts, such as basic profile information and content upload permissions. You can manage or revoke this access at any time through the relevant platform's security settings, or by logging out directly within the Myclipping interface.
